I have tried many times to get the carpets cleaned. Sadly, I purchased online. They called Thursday night at 930 and said they could come next day. This didnt work as I need to hire someone to move furniture. I called the number they left and now they said Monday was my only option as it was convenient for them. I hired and got furniture moved and house vacuumed. Appt. Was at noon. They did not show, not responding by email or phone. I am now out the cleaning fee and moving charges of furniture out and today back in place. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, if it is a company at all

Don't use this company. If you paid ahead, they don't fulfill their contract.
When I emailed the owner and asked for my money back because they have not fulfilled their contract, even though I tried to rebook 6 times, he told me too bad. I had paid in advance and, in his words, I was 'snookered'.

They didn't clean any spot. On top of that he walked around with his dirty shoes and made it worser. I would have read reviews before purchasing voucher. Please don't waste your money and time. They just come wet your carpet n leave.

After purchasing a groupon in September I called to schedule, and their availability was a month and a half away. Then they called to cancel, and reschedule, and cancel again. Then it was nearly Christmas, and I wrote politely to ask for a refund. 5 times. And I left several messages. I never heard back from them, not a word. This company is dishonest and completely unprofessional.

Paid for the service through their website. The unprofessional and organised employee called me at 10 and 11 pm on a work night, and must have asked me the same questions 2 to 3 times. My apointment was rescheduled/cancelled so many times I finally gave up/didn't even feel comfortable having these people in my home.
I don't understand how they even have a 4 star rating - and any positive reviews (aside from paying for good reviews)

Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Paid online and twice booked and confirmed cleaning only for them to not show...stay away from this company. Have not got my money back either.

Envirotek is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I purchased a Living Social coupon for duct cleaning but they kept referring to my 'carpet cleaning' order. The day of the scheduled appointment 'Carlos' cancelled my carpet cleaning at 8:00 a.m. because he was in Niagara Falls and I was in Toronto. I tried reaching the office but you can't get anyone on the telephone. Plus it takes days to get a response by email. I find Envirotek's approach is unprofessional. I will never use them and I would not recommend them to anyone. I, fortunately, received a refund from Living Social.

First time I ordered this deal on groupon. The cleaner tried to upscale offering me to charge to clean my couch and would add in carpet freshener for free. I paid him for the couch and he left without adding carpet freshener. As soon as it dried most of the dirty marks were still visible.

I received an email about a year later offering me the same deal. Thinking maybe the first time was a fluke, I ordered again. I told them I was always available yet they scheduled my app. A month later. I receives an email the day of...that they weren't going to make it. Not even a phone call! Apparently the tech. Was in the hospital....so they don't have anyone for back up? It has been a week and I have still not heard back from them, still no appointment date?? I have called 5 times, left 2 emails that I want my money back and no response. Very rude and unprofessional. These guys or guy....are absolutely pathetic. Don't order from this company...even if it seems like a great deal it IS NOT!_

Bought direct from web site a cleaning coupon ( which I had to pay for in advance before I could check availability) 3 ROOMS + HALL $39.95 I was putting my house up for sale I had three carpets that required cleaning. Went online found envirotek seems reasonable. I ordered a cleaning only after I paid was I able to book an appointment which I had to wait a day so they could get back to me. I was required to give them more than one availability date I gave them Three. They could not fulfill my availability date. I bought my coupon April 5th this year and the soonest appointment they had was may 31st that was 2 months away ?. I told them that was unacceptable they said that is all they had and would not budge on the date. After I said I wanted a refund they only offered me one more date that they knew I could not accept. They refused to give me a refund and kept sending emails with dates that did not suit me. I again asked for a refund They told me they don't give refunds and they are sure they can clean my carpets. I proceeded to rent a cleaner and clean them myself. I could not wait 2 months for them to come. There refund policy is vague and non existent. I tried to contact my credit card company to see if I could get refund no service was provided my card company said that because the company was not refusing to service my carpets and were giving me dates they could service me they could not provide me with a refund. I tried again to contact them 4 weeks ago about coming to clean my carpets since they will not give me a refund I gave them 2 weeks notice they told me they are booked up until sept 6th. It is june 23 sept 6th is 2 and half months away this is unacceptable.

Do not hire Envirotek for any services...please do yourself a favour. Save your money, no matter how little...
They don't call when missing appointments, they don't answer their phones. Not a very reputable company in our opinion
