On a very busy day for this company, the owner took the time to address our furnace issues personally. He was efficient and highly knowledgeable. He tested his own work and found larger issues that were unknown when the call was made but vital to the safety of the house. I highly recommend his services.

I had some problems with my furnace, there was no heat only cold air and so I called AFG company, Mr. Rafi showed up as soon as possible explained what was wrong and told us it was due to a switch which needed to be reset. Mr. Rafi then went on to give his recommendations/suggestions as to how to maintain a furnace. I am very pleased by his services.

Rafi conducted a thorough maintenance of our furnace, ran stress test and verified the integrity of components which appeared to go beyond what I had seen done before, by other technicians, at a price within industry standards.
He gave a honest assessment of the condition of our furnace and accurate options for eventual replacement, more consistent with the size of our house.

I was long due for a furnace tune-up and thought that since the weather has been very 'Autumn'-like I'd get it done now. I actually called today and Rafi was able to visit our home the same day and within 30 min. (he had just finished a job nearby). I was very pleased with the service. Rafi was training a new technician, and took me through the entire system check letting me know the parts that might need to be replaced soon (17 year old system). I've had 2 other companies do yearly tune-ups for me and by far, this was the most thorough. He even gave me a CO read-out as part of the service and to ease my worries. Rafi and his apprentice were very professional, efficient, and quick to answer all my questions in a straight forward manner. I will definitely keep AFG Heating and Cooling Services in mind in the future.

We had purchased a new thermostat, which would allow us the monitor the furnace from off site. For this thermostat to work correctly, we needed a 5 wire connection to the furnace and A/C. Our current installation only had a 4 wire system. I called Fazi Tolmal and described my problem. He agreed to pull the additional wires, install the thermostat and do a general pre season inspection of the furnace.
He arrived punctually, clearly explained what he was doing, and while he does like to talk, worked in a quick efficient manner. Before finishing the job, he ensured that the system was set up and was more than happy to explain any of the available programs in the new thermostat, which was light years ahead of our old thermostat.
We were very pleased with Fazi and would highly recommend him for any furnace work. He was both knowledgeable and efficient. He was far superior to any other furnace service firm that we had used in the past in knowledge, explanation of our problem and his proposed solution and thoroughness.
Also, the Honeywell product was easy to link to our Wi-Fi system.

Fast and friendly service. He diagnosed the problem, got the part and replaced it all in the same afternoon.

They came in to do a maintenance call on our boiler. They also performed other things to make sure that our system was performing optimally.

Rafi did a fantastic job and response to my request in short . Although there was an incident that the distributor gave him the wrong part. He still managed to replace and complete the job in the shortest period of time. Well done.
