Unlocked my front door yesterday and the cylinder came out with the key. Got Locksmith Pros name from Homestars and called them the next morning and they sent a repair guy over within 2 hours. The young man was very polite and explained my options. He fixed my problem in less than an hour. I would not hesitate to use them again.
