Working with Scott was really easy, he's a real professional. He provided us with the most detailed quote of the scope of work and the only variations from that quote were things that we added to the project. Scott went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the work. Not only would we recommend him we will definitely work with him again on our next renovation!

I would highly recommend that you get a detailed/itemized quote from each contractor you're considering (once you have drawings from your architect/structural engineer). We found that Scott's was the most detailed by far. He also told us that he works under a fixed price model (meaning if the cost of supplies change he wouldn't increase the cost to you) which is rare for builders. There weren't any surprises, it was a really positive experience from start to finish!
