My furnace stopped working on the one cold day we had in August and Flash Furnace was able to come out and repair the problem the same day. It turns out I had forgotten to replace my furnace filter and it had gotten so plugged up that the furnace was overheating and shutting down. Other than the filter, the technician checked over the furnace and found no other problems. He only charged me their callout fee, which was very reasonable as far as I am concerned. He also loved my dogs and insisted on the phone before coming out that I do not put them away, when I suggested so. Flash Furnace will be my go to company for all my furnace repairs from now on. Amazing service and pricing.
