Evergreen recently replaced an old gas fireplace with a new direct vent unit. Douglas provided excellent communication in helping with the selection of the proper unit and in arranging for the installation. He explained the features as well as the care and use of the new fireplace clearly and answered any questions. The work was completed on time and the crew was tidy.
