Greg was terrific. Very knowledgeable, honest, reasonable price, quick service. I would recommend him to everyone. And I will. We have a tile roof. Another quote said our roof was installed wrong and we needed a new one for approximately $40,000 to $50,000. The other option they gave was for a 20 foot by 30 foot heavy duty tarp which would be replaced every few years. Then they reduced it to $2500.00 to fix a skylight leak and a plumbing stack leak. Greg came and said there was skylight leak and a plumbing stack leak and that the roof was installed properly and it was good for another 30 years. $830.00. Wow.

Crucial Roof Services is highly recommended, they are professional and experienced. We had several roof problems and when we had no clue of our leaking roof, Greg was able to access the problem and fixed it in a timely manner, I can call him as a roof doctor, so impressed with his knowledge and work. Greg and Randy repaired the leak on our roof around our bathroom exhaust fan vent. They arrived on day and time set. They were able to assess the problem and fix it in a timely manner. Had my Gutters cleaned and identified some problem tiles. While a small repair job we do get a few reasonable quotes. Greg was the only one who did not try to sell us something we did not need. Back in October we woke up to wet walls and we called Crucial Roofing. Greg and Randy came over the same day and found the leak coming from a vent and caulked it solving the problem. He made some suggestions to improve the life of our roof and this summer had him replace the vent that had been leaking and also install 5 additional vents to improve the ventilation. We really appreciate his expertise and advice and are so happy that we called on him not only this time but 10 years ago when he replaced a skylight for us. We highly recommend his company.
