They were good getting the contact! And thats the only thing theyre good at. It took them a while to finish the project and there are a lot have to be repaired again. They said they will check everything, electrical was a joke, they said its fixed! When i looked at the outdoor potlights 1/3 of them wasnt working. I had extra work done to smoothe the ceiling. And they keep asking me to pay for the balance, meanwhile the job was not done yet

We were set up with Bachly through TD insurance after we had a leak in our basement. Since the team was down there, we decided to have them tackle some additional plumbing and drywall work in the basement that wasn't covered by our insurance. We had some slow downs due to COVID-19 but the end result was very good. We did have to call the guys back in to fix up some missing trim and touch up some point after the project was over, but they addressed the items without any issue. Peter and his team are really responsive and reliable. We would definitely use their contracting services again.

Having some difficulties getting my project done, will post more information when plausible. Currently at a standstill, It is a difficult time for my family and I hoping things get better,

My basement had a flood damage in Jan 12 2020. By Feb 25th the entire room if 395 Sqf was totally restored to perfection by Bachly. Amazing work with speed and dedication

It was an insurance job after electrical fire, took over a year to finish
Was told by workers the drywall screws would pop out, so in a years time to call to have them and any other warranty work retouched, we called and were told they were really busy but they would get to it.
Well it’s been over 3 years and there finally starting the warranty work which is also taking forever My guess is because there not getting paid so there taking their time 1 drywaller showed up took 2 days to fix nail pops, painters electrician and floor people were also supposed to show up. The electrician showed up the next day and fixed the flickering lights we’ve had for 3 years. still waiting on painters who are 3 days late and no idea when the floor person is coming to fix peeling tiles and squeaking hardwood. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this company they have too much work and obviously not enough workers. Not a fan

We are extremely satisfied with the work performed by Bachly. The staff are extremely professional, quotes are detailed, they are responsive, follow-up and communicate quickly. And the quality of work output is high - we had such bad experiences with other contractors in the past, so working with Bachly was refreshing. We enjoyed our experience and definitely recommend them.

It is my pleasure to write a review for Bachly Construction. After experiencing a large flood in my home, causing my family to move, I was referred to Bachly by my insurance company. From start to finish the employees were friendly, professional and courteous. Gary Cowling, who was my first contact, continually provided updates and after his role was complete, he checked in to see how my family was doing and if he could assist in any other way. I highly recommend Bachly Construction for their quality of work and professionalism.

Our title insurance sent Bachly's over because of an open permit issued by the city prior to our purchase of the home. The permit was with regard to some rails we had. They Bachly's redid the rail for us however the city later requested to have another inspection which required access into our house and gave us a short deadline. Mat was our coordinator and he went above and beyond to help with the project. He took the initiative to contact the city and tried to arrange same day inspection while his carpenters were there to save us time. At the same time, he came back a second time to ensure the hole that were made were sealed so that nothing came out of it. Due to personal concerns, I requested to have low VOC paint and they were able to accommodate the request with very short notice. Another thing is Mat replied to text messages very promptly even at non-office hours. He really tries to take the extra step to help clients! I appreciate the service from Bachly and the team. All the technicians were very professional and polite.

When our house caught fire, Bachly was the company that was called by our insurance company to secure and fence off the house and empty its contents. The emergency response team was just incredible. They took great care in handling our belongings and seemed to intuitively know the items that had sentimental value to us. Two years later, we are in our re-built home, and as we continue to unpack the Bachly boxes, we remain so touched by the obvious time and care that Bachly took in protecting and packaging our belongings. It was our initial impression of Bachly that compelled us to select them in managing the building of our home, and we are so glad we made this decision.
Bachly has a network of excellent trades – they have everything covered, from excavation to roofing! James (our Bachly Production Manager) did an impeccable job coordinating all the different trades. James communicated effectively with us, always keeping us apprised of what was going on at the house, and was instrumental in keeping us on schedule and acting as a liaison between us and the trades. James and Cameron (the VP of Restoration at Bachly) were always available to answer our questions and listen to our concerns.
As with any project as large as a re-build, there were a few, minor mishaps. It was these mishaps that defined for us just how great a contractor Bachly is. Bachly was completely accountable and took full responsibility for anything that went wrong and needed to be corrected. And, they ensured we were satisfied with the end-product. The customer service from Bachly was truly remarkable.
From start to finish, Bachly helped us through our tragedy. We have a beautiful new home, and we are so glad we entrusted its rebuild to Bachly.
