I am a first time condo buyer and David was very personable and explained everything as we walked around the building and my unit (to be). He suggested some easy tips for little fixes around the place. The inspection was a bit less expensive than I expected and to top it off David gave me a Homeowner's Guide to repairs and upkeep.
