Realtor Review (Medallion Club Member)
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
David is a very thorough and informative inspector. His biggest strengths are not only his expert skills but in his delivery. He is a fantastic communicator, patient, kind and speaks in layman terms for those who are not in the construction trade so make it easy to understand.
He is a pleasure to be around and make a stressful situation a pleasurable one and will save you money and aggravation if you listen to his advice on his fantastic home inspection report which is first class.
