I was buying a 26 year old condo and David was very diligent and thorough in checking the condo and other areas of the building. I asked for the thermal scanning so I could tell the areas where they may have been previous water damage. The reports were comprehensive and I got a copy of all photos and thermal images. David also patiently explained the report and all the potential problems more than once and answered more of my questions later in the week. While doing the inspection he also fixed a couple of minor problems detected at no extra cost. I was very happy with the service and I will surely recommend him to others.
