Fairbairn Inspection blew me away by their services. David let me walk through with him for the entire inspection and taught me a lot about the apartment building. He gave me examples of what i should be looking for, both positive and negative. His honest and detailed report helped me make my decision on buying the apartment. I will most certainly be recommending him to my friends and family.
