He replaced a bay window with two operational side windows (swing arms) for cross ventilation in summer. But window drops when we open and cannot shut it back in place. Regional Managers Alex and Vladimir installed this window back in July 10th-11th of 2015. I have sent them many emails and calls they asked me to wait for few weeks every time. Nothing has been done to date.

Our rear exterior door was damaged & needed replacing. We selected Alberta Door Systems based on a referral from an acquaintance. They sent out an estimator & gave us a price on the spot. They promised installation in three weeks & even though we had to phone them to get a firm date, the work was done within the 3 weeks. The whole installation took about 2 hours & was very professional. They capped the exterior millwork & took away the old door. They did a full clean up & reinstalled the lock hard wear. They even offered to touch up some areas on the inside but this we decided was not necessary. All in all a very satisfactory experience.
