Joe was extremely flexible and the work was reasonably priced compared to other quotes we received. Due to the bad weather we've had recently, it took a little bit longer for the rail to be installed, but as soon as it was sunny again, I barely blinked and the rail was there. The installer had accidentally left the old rail behind, but Joe came the next day and picked it up without any hesitation. Really happy with the work and most especially the service. I'd be more than happy to recommend them to anyone else.
