Vladamir (in sales) is great: prompt, patient, kind, obliging and I really appreciated him going the extra mile to please me. The Windows from inside look beautiful. They just put the final touches on outside and I am extremely happy and will highly recommend them to my friends and family without hesitation. Thanks guys , enjoy the sweets.

Vladamir ( sales) is great: prompt,patient,kind,obliging. Windows from inside look good. Installation at the moment looks poor from the outside because lots of stucco chipped off and poorly patched up, caulking is uneven in one spot, and 2 frame corners are scratched up. I will WAIT_ to see _IF the supervisor Alex, who was not on this job site, can FIX_ these issues.....THEN I will be very happy to recommend them. My elderly mother is the customer/home owner and is disappointed with the outside looks/esthetics, but hopes/feels these issues can likely be easily resolved.
