Had 2 entryway doors installed in February / 2015. There were issues with both doors since install. This company is very busy, and as a result the service for these doors was not completed until December. The Service work should not have taken 10 months to complete.Saying that , when the service was finally complete it was done professionally and looks good. It's unfortunate that this could not be achieved on install.

First let me start by saying we understand your frustration in regards to your doors.
we are not making any excuses for us not to complete the service yet as simply because we are extremely busy with huge demand for our product in the Calgary and Edmonton area .
scheduling your service going back 6 moths ago we have done service at your house and rectified your locks situation as well .
according to our records we have been very prompt with our response back to you via email,texts ,calls Better business Bureau and we did have a date for your service about two weeks ago but our installer had an emergency situation and he could not make it there in time.
we emailed you regarding his delay in coming to you but when he arrived to your house 30 min later you did not let him do the service even thought it is normal in the the industry to have 30-60 minutes window for travel to get to an appointment since then we have given you new dates for your service but your were not available.According to our email records with you since November 16-december 1 we have spoken to you back and forth 15 times trying to arrange an appointment date with our installer but we have yet to receive a date from you .
So as far as we are concerned we take your remarks very personal and even offended by your review as to how we are handling your service we take pride in our work every single day and do what ever is possible to make every customer happy, even when we believe that we are not at fault as it is in your case.At this point after reading your review on home stars and finding your remarks completely not true with our records we decided until you remove/edit your review from home stars we will not do any service at your house
please understand we are very concerned with every customers service and doing whatever it takes to work with the customers schedule and the companies schedule to complete it.
we will wait for your response !!!!!!
