Igor, the sales person I dealt with was well informed and not too pushy. Everyone was very courteous. I had to wait for the windows to be made and shipped but they fit well. The installation was done in 1 afternoon and the work was done with great attention to detail. The cleanup was excellent. The windows look lovely
