An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
My house was built in 1991. One part of the roof is subject to rapid deterioration. Kovar Contracting diagnosed the problem as excessive run-off during rain. An extremely pleasant and competent team repaired the roof and installed channels to contain the excess water and protect the roof. They also fixed the chimney cap so the fireplace no longer drips somewhere out of sight during rain. The work was done quickly and there was nothing for us to clean up. It was a pleasure to do business with Jason and his crew.
