Doctor Rooter

There was a heavy blockage in the main drain. I considered that snaking would help, so we searched for a drain company in Toronto. Sergei and Oleg from doctor rooter came the next day, they tried it and unfortunately didn't get it, though camera inspection showed a clog of dirt, wastes that were building up there for a years. After the inspection we decided to go with them, the price was reasonable, and they were very clear about the size of the issue and upcoming job. The work was postponed due to weather conditions and few days ago we had it completed. Guys who worked on the site were quick and well organized, they finished within two days and left our front yard nice and clean.

We had nasty clog in our drain, I called Dr. Rooter and Bill came to the rescues.
He was very professional and gave me a reasonable estimate, I paid him in advance (Usually I do not do that) as I had to leave and he promised to complete the Job.
Due to unforeseen circumstances the Job was not completed immediately and Bill told us that he will come back the next day. I was worried that he will never show up again, but to my pleasant surprise he came back first thing in the morning and finished the Job in timely manner.

Definitely I will recommend Dr. Rooter to all my friends. And I they will be the first to call if I ever have another plumbing problem.

Bill came promptly and quickly analyzed the back-up of my basement drain. He quoted the price for scoping and rooting the drain, and outlined what the steps might be from there if the rooting didn't clear the clog. It turned out that roots were the main culprit, and he showed me what was blocking the pipe as well as the camera feed showing the cleared pipe on the monitor. Pleasant, professional, efficient, and clean! What more could one ask for? Thanks for doing the job quickly and well!

I had to replace my bath faucet and shower head. Without having an idea how to do it myself i called several plumbing companies. Doctor Rooter was the first who answered my call. Water was coming in my basement at the front of the house. Oleg and Bill were very fast to respond to my call. They diagnosed the source of the water that day, put in a temporary measure to hold back the source, and then returned the next day to begin the waterproofing work. The rest of the house was done at previous time, and it seems the water was held at bay there, but found its way to the unprotected part. I was happy to see they used Delta Brand waterproof membrane, since my research showed this to be the most reliable.

The workers were polite, and clean for the most part (as far as piles of dirt can be clean)

I am happy to recommend Doctor Rooter, and will definitely call them for future plumbing and other work. (We are thinking of lowering the basement floor. Is there anything these guys don’t do?)

During the renovation works we cut and installed two additional windows in the basement but we were not aware of possible issues. After first thaws, water started entering beneath the window frame. As a result, we needed to solve it asap, otherwise it would destroy basement interior. We were upset about upcoming expenses on additional renovations. We’ve got several quotes from different companies and hired Doctor Rooter to work with. The price was not too high or too low, and the sale representative was not pushy. They installed two window wells with a proper drainage system. It took 3 days to complete as promised, plus another day they come to pick their staff. They swept the site, and clean the driveway. Great job, now our basement warm and dry.
