TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, Miele dishwasher repair
Buyer Beware!! While QuickFix is responsive when there is a problem, BUT THE ACTUAL SERVICE IS BAD AND NOT SATISFACTORY AT ALL AS WELL AS THE PRICE FOR THE PARTS ARE TWICE AS EXPENCIVE.
They ask for another $300 to do the diagnostics on the spot. Their prices are made up on a fly: when the customer service person called me with the price for the part and left the message on my phone the price was twice as expensive compare if you order the part directly from the Miele (in my case it was Miele).
The customer service person at the beginning of our conversation explained that it is the price for the part. When I questioned why the price is twice as expensive she corrected herself: it is the price for the part and the labour. When I called a Manager to clarify what is correct he was rude, but explain that they have to make money on parts and that is the price for the part only.
The Manager as well as customer service were rude and didn't want to listen to the customer.
Don't waste your money and time with this company.
