Washing machine (almost) repair
I had an appointment set, and in the meantime, our washing machine started working again. I called to cancel our appointment about four hours beforehand considering there was no appliance to fix, and hoped they could waive the fee considering. They transferred me to customer service where I left a message and never heard back.
Out of sight, out of mind.
Until 2 weeks ago when a COLLECTIONS company (Central Collection Control) called me out of the blue to settle up. I had not received a written bill from Quick Fix or the collections company, and they upped the cost. I called Quick Fix twice, left a voicemail, and no reply.
They didn't even give me a chance to test the service, they simply put my credit at risk without considering due process and customer care. Totally careless, unprofessional, and frankly, poor business practice.
I would never recommend this company considering how little they care for their customers and for follow-up.
