A company which is NOT quick to fix your appliance or return your phone calls but quick to take your money!
A very pleasant and polite technician came out to fix the fuses blown after we used the self-clean function in our wall ovens. To repair this required a new thermal fuse and retainer, costing just over $500. But after he left, we discovered the display no longer worked. When he came back, we were told this was a separate issue which would require replacement of the motherboard. That cost us close to $400. However, the day after he put this in, we noticed an error code on the display which again did not allow us to use the ovens. The technician came back, discovered the connection with the motherboard was loose and adjusted this. However, after he left, we discovered the oven lights now no longer worked. Our subsequent phone calls to QuickFix were not returned. After some persistence on my part, someone finally did get back to me. Well, surprise, surprise, he told me the problem with the lights was a whole separate issue which would require the cost of a new service call. Needless to say, I did not take him up on that offer.
It's an amazing coincidence that every time the technician came, there was yet another problem totally unrelated to the original problem which would require more expense. I don't even want to find out how much another company would have charged us for the parts because I already feel stupid enough already to have used this company.
Should have looked them up on HomeStars in the first place!
