DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I called them because they list themselves as licensed service people for most major brands and I need three appliances serviced. The tech came out and wanted over $200/hour for service; minimum one hour per appliance and each appliance was billed separately. the tech quoted me $270.00 for an ice maker that I got from whirlpool for $65.00, all tolled it was going to cost $800 to fix my ice maker (whirlpool's Tech charged me about $150.00. Also the tech insisted on Cash or debit; when I said I did;t have that kind of money available, he said he could take Visa, but would need to charge an extra 5%, which is against Visa's policies.
The tech also told me that I needed a new mother board for one of my ovens...all it needed was a fuse; cost differential is several hundred dollars.
If you need service for Kitchen Aide, jenny-air, whirlpool appliances, call Jenn-air and let them book the appointment. Do not use this Company!
