Inexperienced, unqualified and rude Service Technician. Found this company on the internet and booked a service call for our fridge. He claimed fridge needed a new board $400.00. We agreed, he replaced it and then controls would not work so tells us we another board $200.00. We got suspecious asked him to remove the board he just put in paid the $80.00 service call and went to a parts store for the same board he initially put in $180.00!! board. Came home replaced the board again ourselves (few connections you cannot mix them up!!) plugged it in.....no issues....everything works including the display. Bottom line, I believe he tried to make more by selling us 2 boards when only one was blown and charge us 3x the actual retail cost for the parts. I believe he purpously mixed up the connections (we had no problem doing it) figuring we would accept his experienced advise. Good thing we were paying attention.

- Do your homework before hiring someone off the internet whether it be a personal small business or company website. Just because they have a website does not mean they are a large and/or reputable company.

Our parts are shipped to our wearhouse by a courier, unfortunately in rare cases we receive these parts damaged.
Under no circumstance, non of our technicans will never mix up wires to trick a customer! further more and i quote what you had wrote: "Came home replaced the board again ourselves (few connections you cannot mix them up)". Its impossible to mix up the connections on purpose like you suspected.
In regards to our pricing, in your case the markup on the part was 1.75 and a $85 labour fee, which is an incredibly fair price since you have a technician delivering the part to your house and installing it.
