Damaged coffee table and left a leaky hose on 2 of our dining room chairs for 2 months in storage! Did not respond to emails or calls for weeks and finally sent me a letter telling me that the hose was left on our chairs was 'our negligence' and that the coffee table could be claimed after a $150 deductible and $0.60 per pound. So in other words, they did nothing. Worst experience ever! Movers overall were pleasant and professional but the company does not stand behind their service! Beware.
