Very satisfied with the service. We had Hamed and Carlos as our movers and they were great in all regards. We only used them for unload services but it was because our new apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building with no elevator. Movers handled it no problem and with very nice and professional attitudes. They finished with 4 hours to spare and we had them help us pick up a couch and move it into our new place (last minute purchase) and they did so with no problems. Nothing was broken, scratched or mishandled. Overall it was a great experience and for a very reasonable price. I would recommend and use this company again.
