Simply fantastic crew, and Homestar's recommendation was spot on!
Furnace died on a Sunday late afternoon in a cold storm. They came out in a hurry and delivered the bad news. The furnace was old and owed us nothing and going down the repair road would be costly and give us no assurances. James was able to get a services crew to come that evening and install a brand new Rheem system expertly. and without impacting my family. I had heat before my 5 year old went to bed. The ecobee3 thermostat is very cool too!
They earned every star with me that they had on Homestar's when I checked them out. 5 stars when I checked them out.
