David was great however, the reason why I have rated it low is because if there are any changes such as your internet provider or if you purchase a new cell phone or tablet etc. you need to pay $150 for service call each time in order for cameras to work and/or to be able to view them. It is an unnecessary added cost. Wish we knew that before making the decision to go with Delta Security Solutions. Unfortunately, we made our decision only based on reviews. We have decided to just accept our loss of $1600 and go with a different security system that doesn't require a technician when changes are made. Instead, they offer telephone or online customer support to walk you through step by step.

The video surveillance system is connected to your internet router and we are not responsible for any changes related to the internet service provider or changes in your internal network settings. Also, we always train all customers on how to use the system and how to program cameras to the new phone, tablet, etc. We always provide phone support and email support, however, it is not always possible to resolve everything over the phone or via email. Any system requires maintenance. Your extremely low rating is very unfair as it has nothing to do with the system installation or our customer service - we do not manage your internal network, therefore we can not provide free service if there are any changes on your end.
