Individual was moving to long term care and her apartment needed to be emptied and cleaned. Major task to remove 20 years of hoarded items. From the initial visit to the final clear out , the Organized Transition folks were prompt ,professional, personable, thorough and efficient. The final cost was within the quote.

Jenn and her crew packed me up and then coordinated the move with my movers and then unpacked me. They took away all the packing material and my apartment looked like I had been there for weeks. Best money I have spent in along time.

My experience with the company was great including my initial meeting where we discussed what was needed. We met on Tuesday the first day of work and everyone was on time and all seemed ready to get to work. I received updates with pictures and I felt everything was done professionally. It took less time than anticipated and I was pleased the total came in less than the estimate.

I felt relaxed and very comfortable about the whole procedure. Made a very stressful situation easy. There was nothing at all for me to worry about, they took care of absolutely everything.

Organized Transitions with Jennifer Smith, the owner, came highly recommended. I was concerned at first that because Jennifer lived in Dundas, it would be inconvenient for her to come to Oakville. How wrong I was? We were moving from a large house with over 50 years of furniture and 'stuff' and when Jennifer promised that she and her staff would be able to get rid of everything, I couldn't believe that it was possible. With great organizational skill, perfect patience, gentle manner and always a pleasure to work with, Jennifer and her staff managed to sell everything in our home, leaving it empty for the next buyers. I can't praise this company, "Organized Transitions" enough, the dedication, the attention to details, finding the right buyer for valuable items, and an online outfit called "Max Sold", they organized meetings for the buyers to visit our home, photograph items for sale, and got the work done. Now that their job is completed, I miss the opportunity to spend time with Jennifer and her great people.'
