I asked to have thermal imaging done and I am glad I did. Vito found a leak in one of the rooms by the bathroom and we managed to have the current owners fix it. I really recommend that anyone who uses DSM Property Services follows Vito around because he is really a wealth of knowledge. He knows his construction and knows his way around a home. Easy to talk to, great guy. I was extremely happy with his service and I definitely recommend DSM Property to others.

We found the home inspection conducted by Vito of DSM Property Services to be very meticulous and informative.
The report was very elaborate and the links to sites providing resources for the fix was very handy. Although, we did not proceed to close the purchase but will use Vito's expert services in the next property that we make an offer on. We recommend him to any potential purchaser.

Great service !! I hired Vito from DSM to conduct a home inspection. I was very pleased with everything. He did get on the roof as promised. I did contact other top rated companies on Homestars and they could not guarantee the same. Also he does not subcontract his inspections out to other inspectors. I asked plenty of questions throughout the inspection and received the answers I was looking for. Vito is very thorough and informative. All in all I was very pleased with the service. The report was very detailed and delivered on time as promised. I would recommended him to anyone looking for a home inspection.

I had some concerns about the house I was buying. I wanted to make sure i hired an inspector I could trust because no one wanted to go on this roof. Someone referred DSM Property. I told him my concerns regarding the roof. He went up there even though it was steep. One section was next to impossible to get on, but he was still able to take pictures of that as well. That was a good thing because we found a major construction flaw that would otherwise have been overlooked. I was so glad I called him for my inspection. I still bought the house. I had leaks, possible mould, etc so someone gave me Vito's name and I had him do an inspection to check every part of the house inside and outside. He did a terrific job and the report is extremely detailed and helpful on the problems and how to fix them.

I was provided with a very thorough home inspection on my property. The inspector was very knowledgable, and was able to explain to me current concerns on the property, as well as issues that may arise down the road. Using infrared we were able to see insulation defences in the home, as well as leaks that were not noticeable to the naked eye. The inspector was extremely helpful, and I will definitely use them again if I need another home inspection
