I suddenly found myself with mice upstairs and rats in the basement, who also came upstairs. I called Westside and a technician came over and plugged all the entry points in the roof (I live in an old house), installed one-way trap doors, plugged holes in the perimeter of the house, installed bait stations outside and numerous traps inside. Everything was going well, no sign of mice upstairs anymore, until the rats became very active in the basement. Another technician came, and after carefully reviewing the basement, realized the Norway rats were probably coming up the sewer pipe which protrudes from the basement floor. Initially this pipe was covered with a jar, but I had removed the jar after a sewer backup in the basement when I had to clean up the mess, and neglected to put the jar back. Also, there was a crawl space which had a small hole, where the rats where entering. The technician sealed the sewer pipe and crawl space hole with mesh, and the rats were never seen no more! Both technicians, Jagger and James, were very helpful and observant, not to mention polite and friendly! I am extremely pleased with their services!

We were extremely happy with the service of Westside Pest Control. We found a large hornets nest two hours before a backyard party and were jumping for joy that we found this company. They were not only open on a Sat. but they had someone who could come out almost immediately.

I called Westside Pest Control because I had a tree that seemed to be infested with wasps and hornets. After thoroughly investigating the situation, and discussing the circumstances with me, it became clear that the wasps & hornets were feeding on a significant and pervasive infestation of brown aphids. There were so many wasps and hornets, that the sound of them was audible before they were sighted. There was no nest in the tree.

The young man who came to help with the situation was thorough and communicative. After consulting with me and with head office, we decided the best course of action was to thoroughly spray the tree & surround where the insects were congregating with Dragnet. Within hours, the insect activity ceased AND NEVER RETURNED. It was awesome.

This is the second time - second summer! - I have used Westside Pest Control and I will never call anyone else.

This company has been Amazing in helping me get rid of rats..the guarantee was for 1 year and they willingly returned many times when the rats returned. The workers were always pleasant and professional..today they put wire mesh around the foundation to finally rid me of the rats...highly recommend this company.

After reading a lot of positive reviews on Westside Pest control, I decided to contact them regarding a noise I’ve been hearing in my basement ceiling at night. The technician, James Bazilio, was very thorough, professional, and helpful. He was able to find the entry point in the foundation and installed a one-way door along with a couple traps. After a week, a big rat had been caught in one of the traps. I no longer heard any noises coming from my basement ceiling and the entry point was then sealed up. This entire experience was very pleasant. I have recommended Westside Pest Control to my family.

Black ants were getting into our house and hardware store solutions were not helping - and neither were the home remedies. I called Westside and they were here the next day! He explained the process and options for the removal and took care of the situation. He sealed cracks/openings to prevent the wasps from entering my home again. I am allergic to wasps, and we had a huge wasp nest outside our home. I called Westside Pest Control, and the customer service was very helpful. Jim (the wasp remover), was very helpful, and got rid of the nest and spoke to us about how the nest came etc. Thank you WPC.

We had a large, active hornets nest about 15 feet up in a tree. Jagger came on schedule, 2 days after I first contacted them, and did an excellent job, removing the key parts of the hive, and the queen. All done from the ground. Westside Pest Control price was $50 less than a quote from a competitor. Highly recommended.
