This is the second time in 3 years we have called West Side Pest control for moisture ants. The staff is friendly and approachable. their work is great. I have absolute confidence in their work. I will continue to call them for any sort of pest control in the future. Thank you for your help !!

I have called Westside Pest Control twice this spring. The first time was to get rid of rats who got into my ceiling while I was away on holidays. I called another company 3 times but they gave me the run around. When I called Westside, Conrad came and dealt with the problem immediately. He found the entry, set traps, a one way door, took pictures and the problem was solved. Now, I have carpenter ants! James came the day I called and sprayed the base of my house, the fence, patio and entranceway with an eco friendly
substance. I highly recommend Westcoast for any pest issues you may have on your property.

Jagger from Westside Pest Control came by today to check our property over for signs of rats. The service is under guarantee and the company actually honours that. We called yesterday, when I heard noises, and today they were here to check up.

Jagger was courteous, professional and thorough. When I told him what I heard, he was never dismissive of my thoughts or concerns. Instead, he was happy to check and make sure there were no new signs of rodents and looked all around the outside of the house for any possible signs of new intrusion. I am thoroughly satisfied.

The Westside Pest Control employee, Jack, did an excellent job in dealing with our very persistent rodents. He was very pleasant and helpful and has dealt successfully with what was a very annoying problem.

Had an infestation of "carpenter ants" last spring. It was so bad there were moving lines of ants across my kitchen ceiling. Westside Pest Control came over and sprayed - no sign of them after that. Then this winter I discovered a rat nest in my garden shed and rat droppings in the storage room in the basement. Jack and Conrad of Westside came over, patched up entry holes they discovered in the outside of the house, laid traps, and returned twice to remove dead rats and re-set the traps. No rats in the traps so far. Very friendly, funny and kind young men who explained everything and gave me good advice.

My daughter and I were very satisfied with the competent, professional service provided by Westside Pest Control technicians and by their office personnel.
