My boyfriend's parents had both a hornet's nest and a wasp's nest in their backyard. His mother is allergic and with a garden to tend, it was unsafe for her to be back there. I had to call in a few times about this because the hornet's nest was higher than expected on the first visit and we didn't notice the other one until later. Every time I called, I was happy with the politeness and care of the employees. Jeremy came the first time and also the second time. He was supposed to come with someone else who couldn't make it, but still got the job done by himself. Both time he arrived within the given time frame and got right down to business without wasting any time. I was send the invoice via email shortly after, which I ended up forwarding to the strata to pay for. We would have paid regardless, especially after reading all of the amazing reviews and knowing that they guarantee the removal. I wouldn't think twice about calling them again or recommending them to anyone I know in need of Pest and/or Animal Control.
