Didn't get rid of squirrels in our attic, won't stand by guaranty

We paid a lot for squirrel proofing our house with a 12 month guarantee. 10 months later, there are still squirrels in our attic and the company wants more money for any inspections. Very unsatisfied with West Side Pest Control.
