Called to replace two raccoon-damaged vents. I was encouraged by the positive reviews on this site, but this has not been my experience. Initially they were quick to respond and replaced both vents for a reasonable price. One was torn off two weeks later so I called them back. Was told that someone was coming to replace it, nobody showed up, nobody called. Eventually got a hold of them and was told someone would be there Monday morning. Again nobody showed up, I texted them and was told they forgot about it. Never had to “chase” a contractor as much as this. Wasted two days of work vacation waiting for them to show up. Very disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I am very sorry you are so very disappointed. I can understand your frustration with taking time off work and is not being able to get to you. Unfortunately due to the rain storm (50ml) and snow storm (20cm+) we've had recently the emergencies have been a lot to get to. We are a small family run company and can become loaded with the amount of calls storms like these can create.
We are empathetic with the issues you are having with raccoons damaging your property. However we do not warranty animal damage. It is out of our control. We were trying to get to you to help you as best we could. Unfortunately it wasn't in a timely manner.
We do hope that you reconsider our company. However if you do not we wish you all the best.
