I decided to get 3 estimates to replace my shingles and National Star beat the competition hands down. From start to finish Sokol and his crew were very professional, hard working and made sure everything was done right. I have no problem recommending National Star.

Did alot of research on many different roofing companies and found this company on Homestars. When I got a quote from Sokol, he answered all my questions that I had. His "family" shows up first thing in the morning and they finished by the evening. They did an awesome job cleaning around the house since I didnt find any pieces of roofing material and no nails. I would have no problems recommending this company for any roof repair/replacement. Awesome job and people working for this company!

In June, 2014 we had the house roof of a rental property reshingled. At the same address the roof of the garage was reshingled in December of 2013. We knew they were a reliable company because they had reshingled and repaired the garage and house of our own home. We greatly appreciated that they are a family company, they were prompt and thorough and with regards to the roof conditions. They did necessary repairs, and clean-up was excellent. We believe they went beyond their normal duties. If we ever have need for roofing again we would certainly seek their services. We felt that the price was fair for the service rendered.

This is an old house with challenging roof features. NSR fielded a competent crew, showed me difficult sections (pulled me up on roof at one stage) and completed all on schedule. Work has withstood winter and no deterioration or loose tiles. We are most happy with the job and NSR handling of same.

Upon calling National Star it was clear that they were very professional and honest. I am extremly happy with the work done by them because the don't hide anything. They explained all the procedures taken, insalling drip edge followed by ice and water shield and full titanium roof underlayment protection before installing the shingles with care. I had other quotes from other companies but my decision felt right going with National Star because they stood by their word and it was clear that they were a family based company that took pride in their work. I would strongly recoment National Star to anyone looking to do their roof.

My wife and I replaced our low sloping tar and gravel roof with a modern "membrane" insulated roof thru National Star this year. From the time we first met Sokol, right through to completion of the job there were no surprises or hidden costs. The guys were very courteous and professional, and kept us informed throughout the process. They started and finished on time, and even left our yard and driveway cleaner than when they arrived! The roof itself is performing very well, as expected - we know that if we ever have any issues we can call Sokol and they will look after us. We would (and will) recommend National Star to anyone who needs a roof!

Sokol and his family of workers showed up bright and early on a day very close to his forecasted start date and were able to complete the job in 2 days ( the job on our neighbours house by another company took over a week). He took me up to inspect the job about a week later and there was nothing to be found but quality work and materials using rubber-based shingles that will last 50 years! And all for a very competitive price. Definitely call Sokol when you need your roof replaced.

National Star Roofing is a family run business that takes great pride in their work. They completed our roofing project in record time - 2 days - and did an excellent job. They arrived on time and worked diligently. They provided a few upgrades at no extra charge. They used high quality shingles and explained and showed everything they did. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality job at a reasonable price.
