Our audio system had completely stopped working. Sundar was the consummate professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem, provided us with a couple of options and the associated cost, and then got to work fixing our issue. I was particularly impressed with his efforts to repair one of our speakers (which he did) before trying to sell is new ones. Thank you Sundar.
