None of my family members or friends could figure out how to get our home entertainment system working. The satellite TV, DVD player, and stereo were all connected to the receiver, but no sound was coming out! We were having a party soon, and anxious to get it working.

He showed me exactly how to control all of the remotes, and the purpose for each wire. And it was very affordable. I'd definitely call them back again. Thanks!
