I purchased the Thunder Bay Hot Tub after reviewing for at least 40 hours over the last year to find the right hot tub on the internet for the right price as covid-19 hit the Spa Companies hard as parts to build became hard to get. I finally narrowed it down to three Companies which was hard to do. I decided on Canadian Spa as they had everything on my list of wants for a hot tub. Mitch (Sales person) took the time to show me the plug & plays which is the lower end of the hot tub market and I then told him I wanted a hard wired hot tub. Mitch showed me the other hot tubs then we went into an office and talked about all aspects of life including the hot tub market. There was no pressure to sign a contract or using a sales pitch of this is the last one and somebody else was looking at it. It felt like talking to an old friend as we went over the pricing of the hot tub to delivery and what to expect with delivery. On the day of delivery they gave me a 4 hour window and were there early in the 4 hour period. They had to go through a neighbors driveway through an opened part of fencing and up a foot across the deck and positioned the hot tub exactly where our old hot tub was. I read the manual and was about to add water to the filter when I realized there were no filters. I went back to Canadian Spa and Mitch without hesitation gave me the filters as well as a sponge ball free for my inconvenience. The hot tub has been used daily and is exactly what the brochure and many hours of reviews said it would be. The grandchildren really missed the old hot tub and are enjoying the new one. I can hardly wait for winter as there isn't a better feeling then relaxing in a hot tub with snowflakes floating from the sky. In conclusion from entering Canadian Spa Company to purchasing the hot tub and the follow up of missing filters I highly recommend Canadian Spa for making our dreams come true.
