Read the negative reviews and thought I'll give them a try anyways because there were some good ones. Two 21 year old guys showed up. One claimed to be an hvac technician and insisted on servicing the a/c and the furnace. He was NOT a hvac technician at all!! Later said he was an apprentice. You can't mess around with the system if you're not certified. The duct cleaning was horrible. They blew around dust. More dust in my house then before j had the ducts cleaned. He had the odosity to tell me it was dust from under the baseboards... Right. The dryer vent cleaning was a joke. I was told they would fish a line through the dryer and clean it out. I was with the guy doing the dryer vent. He put about a foot and a half in from the dryer exhaust and blew compressed air. Told me that all he could do because the bend on the vent prevented him from going any further. When I questioned it a bit more he said he would be doing the rest of the cleaning from inside. I am a tradesman myself. I would not recommend anyone to use this service. Terrible customer service. Terrible duct cleaning. I own a compressor and a shop vac as well. Probably should had learnt from the reviews but gave them a Benefit of the doubt. Should had known better .. Poor service over all
