I'm writing regarding my voucher for duct cleaning with 360 Duct Cleaning. DO NOT USE!!!!! I first scheduled service for Tuesday April 1st and they cancelled the day before. After I arranged for child care. The girl on the phone seemed so very young and did not know how to handle customer complaints. I then rescheduled for last week and they were supposed to arrive between 4 & 7 and did not arrive until 8:15Pm my husband and I were putting our 3 kids to bed and so my husband asked if we could reschedule as it was too late to go ahead with the service. I rescheduled today April 27th and was assured they would arrive at 3 PM. They arrived at 4:45PM and I questioned why they were late again. I told them I was not impressed with the fact they first cancelled and were now late for the second time. I I did not raise my voice or use any rude language. I simply expressed how it was unprofessional.
My husband moved his car so they could pull into the driveway and as he walked back to the house was approached by one of the workers who informed my husband that they were not going to do the service because they did not appreciate my attitude. I guess I shouldn't have questioned their poor customer service!
I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing this voucher. Clearly I would have gone with a different company.
I find it amusing how the the company responds and tries to justify each complaint. It's obvious there is a serious problem with this company. They should be investigated.
