They take your money and do not provide after install service
Your company was referred to me and I have dealt with your Ridgeway Drive office. I used your company to replace all the sod in our front and back yards. They came and gave me a quote of $4,000+… I signed an agreement and they came back in May 2021 to do the install… Shortly after some sections of the sod in the front and about 1/3 of the back yard install died. I tried and tried to contact the office about the problem. I tried to contact them at least 20 times… Most time I had to leave a message and the ‘odd’ time I got through to their office, the lady that answered said that she would contact “Joe” and get back to me about this issue… Guess what???…. I never heard back from her except the one time that she did answer she said that Joe would come to the house the next day to look at the sod…. Joe did come and said that he would come back the next day with the replacement sod…. Guess what??? Surprise, surprise he was a no show!! We are currently at the beginning of September 2021 and I still have had no solution!
