This is the second time I have used their service after having recently moved into another home. Both times their services was seamless and expeditiously executed. As a matter of fact they went beyond their service scope this time when it came to my water heater instal. They stayed very late into the night till the job was properly completed due to a mistake my house contractor had created making their work difficult; their effort to correct the situation so the instal gets done right was very much appreciated!

From the first customer service call to the representative who came to my house it was a pleasure, this is the 3rd Furnace install in the house and by far the best installation as the technicians did a great work and when they were gone it's like they were never there. Highly recommended!

When my old waterheater broke I shopped around for an upgrade. DeMark Home Ontario was very easy to find and I got to the right person in no time, without talking to answering machines or waiting on the line forever. The upgrade was scheduled for the next day. The installers did a great job, cleaned everything up and even returned the old unit to Reliance for me. Overall an exellent jon on all fronts. When my furnace and AC will be up for an upgrade I know what to do.
