New furnace installation

When our 25 yrs old furnace died last week and couldn't be repaired we contacted demark home again as we used them previously for heating and cooling service and again we're pleased with their service. The installation went smoothly and the equipment functions well, thanx guys

Great experience installed whole home heating and coolingsystem

Great experience with demark home ontario inc. We had whole home heating and cooling systems replaced: tankless hot water heater on demand, furnace, air conditioner and water filtration system by this company. We are at the middle of whole house Reno and got quotes form number of different companies but went ahead with demark home because of their professional approach and good pricing. David visited our
home and patiently answered all our questions and also set up appointment for the energy audit for our home for the Enbridge rebates. Energy audit was done the next day and we had all equipment installed the following day. Everything is working great and we are just waiting for our rebates to come now. Great service!!!

This is so unacceptable: to be told after install and 1 month: : "no, we do not supply 16.5 SEERS as our supplier only provided coils to make the AC unit a 15 SEERS "- and then to advertise 16.5 SEERS - is false advertising and verbal manipulation.

You have me tied in a 10 yr term for what I did not agree to - at no point did I agree to 15 seer! This could be easily fixed by upgrading this equipment - instead I am getting the run around. Sad!

Thank you for providing your feedback, however, we are dismayed to hear of your concerns. We find your feedback very unreasonable and very misleading. You contacted our company looking for an Air Conditioner replacement which we were able to install in a very timely manner based on your request. All legal documents including brochure and equipment specifications were delivered to you for review prior to the installation. You also proceeded with a recorded conversation where our CSR reviewed the term of the agreement with you. Also, our records indicate that you were in touch with our Customer Care and Installation Departments many times regarding your concerns and advised that the equipment installed is exactly what was promised to you up to 16.5 SEER Air Conditioner model TC7 please view the manufactory specification http://www.luxaire.com/Residential/Split-System-Air-Conditioners
Moreover, Air Conditioner SEER level also increases with the properly matched High Efficiency Furnace, in your case the efficiency of the installed Air Conditioner can even go up to 17 SEER. The installation was done to the highest standards and we even sent technician back to your home when you called in with concerns about Air Conditioner not cooling your home fully which turned out to be an elderly Furnace issue due to the faulty motor and had nothing to do with the air conditioner. Technician was able to address your concerns. In addition you were only promised $250 in Rebates but we were able to get you a higher tier rebate of $400 due to a high model coil we installed for your home. The equipment works great based on our technical assessment and you also have all parts and labour warranty included with our program. The air conditioner we installed for your home is one of the highest efficiency level air conditioners available on the market.

Had estimates from Enercare, Simply Comfort and Demark Home. Demark home gave us the best deal on high efficiency air conditioner financing with low monthly payments. Sales guy Hassan was very polite and knowledgeable and was able to accommodate us with what we were looking for. Exceptional customer service!!! Installers they sent were very prompt and professional. Everything was done in a timely manner and we are very happy with the service we received
