Roman responded promptly by phone to a job request I put out for a railing repair. Oleg came by on-time to provide a quote and schedule for a repair job for our 60+ year old railing. He was actually able to do it then and there. I thank Oleg for a great job, which took pretty much the amount of time he said it would take. The railing is now solid.
