I have read your review and would like to take the opportunity to describe the actual fact. When you told me that washing machine is leaking and right that moment I offered you to send my technician. I told you that if it is within the warranty period you don’t need to pay and if the warranty is expired or something different problem, we expect our service charge.
You just ignored the warranty issue and forced me to send technician saying that it doesn’t matter whether warranty expire or not. You didn’t allow me to say anything further and didn’t want to talk about warranty, instead you threatened me that if I don’t fix the problem at free of cost, and your lawyer will handle this issue. I didn’t have choice except to face your lawyer as I knew that I am in right position.
Fact is that your warranty was expired long before and you knew that as it was clearly written in our invoice. We clearly write warranty coverage in our invoice and it is also mentioned in our website too. We always maintain our offered warranty coverage. We have never been known to compromise on the quality of our service.
As we always care about our clients satisfactions, later on our technician called you and offered you that if it is same problem you don’t need to pay even the warranty was expired and if found different problem we expect our service charge. You agreed and accordingly our technician went to your place. After doing the diagnosis found different problem. Last time water was leaking from the back and we fixed the problem by replacing the faulty valve. This time water is leaking from front, the door seal is teared. If the problem wasn’t fixed correctly at first time water leak supposed to start at first load and you can’t use the washing machine and pass the warranty period. Door seal is made by rubber and it can be teared at any time. Same thing happened again, you didn’t want to hear my technician and didn’t pay our service charge what you agreed, saying that problem wasn’t fixed at first time.
We tried our best to solve this issue but couldn’t satisfy you. And we didn’t get paid which was legitimate. It’s really frustrating for us.
