My gas oven wouldn't heat up and I was able to schedule a service call for the next day. The service technician was polite and efficient, and he explained everything as he worked. The issue turned out to be a broken igniter and he was able to install a new one in the same service call. All was said and done within an hour. Very pleased with the service and my oven works perfectly again.
