Sami from EnergyTech was very professional, courteous and helpful -- he clearly explained what was wrong and what he would have to do. I needed a hard-to-find console for my GE stove but w/in a week of diagnosing the problem, he had the part (the last one available -- there are no after-market parts for appliances so we are at the mercy of the manufacturer), arranged a convenient time and did a great job fixing the stove. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs appliance work done.
