Gas stove ignition stopped working. Sami (technician) was fanstastic in first throughly assessing the issue, and then explaining what was going on. He was very transparent on what needs to changed, and probability of it fixing the problem due to the multiple parts that may have been impacted. I was more than happy with the workmanship, transparency and communication. Sami was also cleaned up the work area after he was done with the work.
