Terrible customer service. Don't believe their 'customer satisfaction' claim. They 'fixed' my fridge and when the same noise came back, I was told that I was mistaken, and that despite their 30 day warranty on labour, they would charge me for coming back to look at it again. Raymond was rude, disrespectful and should not be trusted by this company to deal with customers. Stay away!!
